Af s\u00e5dan en portion fik jeg 16 stk.<\/p>\n<p>Du skal bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 g g\u00e6r<\/li>\n<li>70 g sukker<\/li>\n<li>2,5 dl lun m\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>60 g bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r eller margarine<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>Ca 600 g hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>Til fyldet brugte jeg blendet kirseb\u00e6rsovs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R\u00f8r g\u00e6ren ud i sukker og m\u00e6lk. Lad det st\u00e5 i Ca 10 minutter. Tils\u00e6t \u00e6g, salt og sm\u00f8r. R\u00f8r nu melet I lidt af gangen. Dejen skal \u00e6ltes godt. Stil den lunt i 1 time.<\/p>\n<p>Del nu dejen i 16 lige store dele. Form boller og lad dem h\u00e6ve 15 minutter. Rul bollen ud til en aflang cirkel.
