Kog gl\u00f8gg, appelsin saft, laurb\u00e6rblade, kanel og timian som klippes groft. Lad marinaden k\u00f8le lidt af. Kom k\u00f8det og marinaden i en pose. Lad k\u00f8det marinere et d\u00f8gn.<\/p>\n<p>Dagen efter steges k\u00f8det i ovnen ved 150 grader i lidt over en time. Sk\u00e6r k\u00f8det i strimler.<\/p>\n<p>Sv\u00e6ren saltes og steges i ovnen p\u00e5 en bageplade ved 200 grader i Ca 30 minutter. Lad sv\u00e6ren k\u00f8le af.<\/p>\n<p>Til den syltede gr\u00f8nk\u00e5l skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl eddike<\/li>\n<li>1 dl honning<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk salt<\/li>\n<li>200 g hakket frisk gr\u00f8nk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kog laden op, h\u00e6ld den over gr\u00f8nk\u00e5len og lad den tr\u00e6kke i minimum 3 timer.<\/p>\n<p>Til r\u00f8dk\u00e5l en skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g fint revet r\u00f8dk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Fedtstof til stegning<\/li>\n<li>1 god h\u00e5ndfuld frisk timian klippet i mindre stykker<\/li>\n<li>Lidt salt og peber<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk sukker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Start med at stege k\u00e5len og timian. Smag til med salt og peber.
