Man bager bare rugbr\u00f8dsboller.<\/p>\n<p>Til 24 boller (og ja de kan fryses) skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g rugbr\u00f8d, gerne fra ugen f\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>4 dl vand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Du skal nu smuldre det gamle rugbr\u00f8d fint, herefter tils\u00e6tter du de 4 dl vand. Stil blandingen p\u00e5 k\u00f8l natten over.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl lunken vand<\/li>\n<li>50 g g\u00e6r<\/li>\n<li>1 lille spsk honning<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk olivenolie<\/li>\n<li>1 dl solsikkekerner<\/li>\n<li>Den hjemmelavede rugbr\u00f8dsblanding<\/li>\n<li>200 g fuldkorns hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>100 g havregryn<\/li>\n<li>Ca 400 g manitobamel<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e6lk til pensling<\/li>\n<li>Sesam til drys<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Opl\u00f8s g\u00e6ren i vandet, tils\u00e6t olie, honning, salt og kerner. Tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 din rugbr\u00f8dsblanding som har st\u00e5et et d\u00f8gn i k\u00f8leskabet. R\u00f8r det godt igennem. Tils\u00e6t havregryn og fuldkorns mel. Tils\u00e6t nu manitobamel lidt af gangen, dejen skal f\u00f8les klistret. Stil dejen til h\u00e6vning i 1-2 timer.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e6nd for ovnen\u00a0 200 grader varmluft. Med 2 skeer kommer du dej i en silikone muffins form. Pensel dejen lidt h\u00e5rdt med m\u00e6lk og drys med sesam.
