B\u00f8rnene herhjemme elsker n\u00e5r der hygges lidt ekstra pga h\u00f8jtiden.<\/p>\n<p>Denne gang blev en gulerodsmuffin forvandlet til en lille kanin.<\/p>\n<p>Til\u00a0 12 stk skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>200 g sukker<\/li>\n<li>1 dl rapsolie<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bagepulver<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk natron<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>150 g revet gulerod<\/li>\n<li>100 g groft hakkede valn\u00f8dder<\/li>\n<li>1 skr\u00e6llet \u00e6ble sk\u00e5ret i fine tern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Til ostecremen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>50 g flormelis<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vanilje ekstrakt<\/li>\n<li>200 g fl\u00f8deost natural<\/li>\n<li>100 g smeltet hvid chokolade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Til pynt har jeg brugt store skumfiduser, knust fryset\u00f8rret hindb\u00e6r og krymmel. Mint linser, sukker\u00f8jne og nogle gulerods skumslik.<\/p>\n<p>Start med at t\u00e6nde ovnen p\u00e5 175 grader varmluft. Pisk \u00e6ggene hvide og luftige med sukkeret. Pisk olien i. Tils\u00e6t bagepulver, natron, kanel og mel. R\u00f8r det godt sammen. Tils\u00e6t de revne guler\u00f8dder, de hakkede valn\u00f8dder og \u00e6bleternene. Kom dejen i cupcake forme. De er lidt st\u00f8rre end de sm\u00e5 tynde muffins forme. Bag kagerne i Ca 20 minutter. Stik et lille tr\u00e6spyd i for at se om de er nok. K\u00f8l kagerne af f\u00f8r de pyntes.<\/p>\n<p>Pisk sm\u00f8r og flormelis sammen. Tils\u00e6t vanilje og fl\u00f8deost. Pisk det let og l\u00e6kkert. Pisk den smeltede chokolade i. Jeg smelter min chokolade i mikrob\u00f8lgeovnen, men den kan ogs\u00e5 smeltes over vandbad.
