Hvad er s\u00e5 mere n\u00e6rliggende end at lave tikka masala til aftensmad. Jeg lavede en k\u00e6mpe portion, s\u00e5 der ogs\u00e5 var til fryseren.<\/p>\n<p>Til en stor portion skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 store kyllinge filet.<\/li>\n<li>3 dl s\u00f8dm\u00e6lk yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>6 fed pressede hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>4 tsk garam masala<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk chili flager<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk nellike<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk ingef\u00e6r<\/li>\n<li>3 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>Saft af en lime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Til saucen skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 l\u00f8g, hakkede<\/li>\n<li>Fedstof til stegning<\/li>\n<li>3 pressede fed hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk ingef\u00e6r<\/li>\n<li>3 tsk karry<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk gurkemeje<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk koriander<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk garam masala<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk kardemomme<\/li>\n<li>1 d\u00e5se hakkede tomater<\/li>\n<li>1 stor d\u00e5se kokosm\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>2 dl fl\u00f8de<\/li>\n<li>1 d\u00e5se tomat koncentrat<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk sukker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kyllingen skal tr\u00e6kke 1 time i yoghurt blandingen, det skal man lige huske inden man g\u00e5r igang med retten.<\/p>\n<p>Start med at r\u00f8re alle ingredienserne til yoghurt blandingen sammen. Klip kyllingen i tern af Ca 1 cm. Kom kyllingen i blandingen og r\u00f8r godt rundt. Stil kyllingen i k\u00f8leskabet i 1 time.<\/p>\n<p>Lav sovsen imens. Kom l\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g og fedtstof i en stor gryde. Steg det i 1 minutstid. Kom alle krydderierne i gryden og brun det af. Tils\u00e6t de hakkede tomater, kokosm\u00e6lk, fl\u00f8de og tomat koncentrat. Varm det godt igennem og tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 salt og sukker.
