Vi fik den nyt\u00e5rsaften, og den var bare perfekt.<\/p>\n<p>Den best\u00e5r af en l\u00e6kker hindb\u00e6r marengs udvendig, inden i en l\u00e6kker hindb\u00e6r parfait med en kerne af chokolade parfait. Hele herligheden st\u00e5r p\u00e5 en bund af kage med pistacie.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2873\" src=\"http:\/\/madmedwinnie.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/IMG_20200101_195451-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20200101_195451\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/madmedwinnie.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/IMG_20200101_195451-225x300.jpg 225w, http:\/\/madmedwinnie.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/IMG_20200101_195451-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/madmedwinnie.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/IMG_20200101_195451.jpg 1072w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Den tager lidt tid at lave, men blot fordi den skal i fryseren imellem de forskellige processer.<\/p>\n<p>Til 12 stk skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<p>Start med bunden.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75 g bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>100 g flormelis<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>75 g hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljesukker<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk bagepulver<\/li>\n<li>50 g hakket hvid chokolade<\/li>\n<li>50 g hakkede pistacien\u00f8dder, du kan k\u00f8be usaltede hos Lidl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pisk flormelis og sm\u00f8r luftig. Pisk \u00e6g i et af gangen. Pisk mel, bagepulver og vaniljesukker i. R\u00f8r chokolade og pistacie i dejen. Sm\u00f8r en lille bradepande med fedtstof, foer den med bagepapir. Kom dejen i. Den skal v\u00e6re Ca 1 cm h\u00f8j dejen. Bag kagen i Ca 15 minutter ved 200 grader. Lad kagen k\u00f8le af. Du skal nu stikke 12 bunde ud som passer til en halv kugle silikone form.<\/p>\n<p>Til chokolade parfaiten skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 blad husblas<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljesukker<\/li>\n<li>1,5 dl s\u00f8dm\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 dl sukker<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk maizenamel<\/li>\n<li>Revet skal af en \u00f8kocitron<\/li>\n<li>50 g m\u00f8rk chokolade<\/li>\n<li>2 pasteuriserede \u00e6ggeblommer<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e6sk yoghurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kom husblas i bl\u00f8d i koldt vand. Kom m\u00e6lk, sukker, vanilje, citronskal og maizena i en gryde, kog det op. Si massen og r\u00f8r chokoladen i. R\u00f8r herefter husblassen i. Lad den k\u00f8le lidt af. R\u00f8r \u00e6ggeblommerne luftige. Pisk chokolademassen i. R\u00f8r herefter yoghurten i. Kom det i sm\u00e5 halvkugle silikone forme 12 huller og kom dem i fryseren. De skal fryses helt.<\/p>\n<p>Nu skal hindb\u00e6r parfaiten laves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 blad husblas<\/li>\n<li>130 g hindb\u00e6r<\/li>\n<li>4 spsk sukker<\/li>\n<li>3 spsk vand<\/li>\n<li>2 pasteuriserede \u00e6ggeblommer<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk sukker<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljesukker<\/li>\n<li>2,5 dl fl\u00f8de<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Start med at udbl\u00f8de husblas i koldt vand. Kom hindb\u00e6r, 4 spsk sukker og vand i en gryde. Kog det i Ca 10 minutter, mas hindb\u00e6rrene undervejs med en ske. K\u00f8r massen igennem en si. Tils\u00e6t husblas. Lad massen k\u00f8le lidt af.<\/p>\n<p>Pisk blommer med sukker og vaniljesukker. R\u00f8r hindb\u00e6rmassen i blommerne. Pisk fl\u00f8den stiv og vend den i massen med hinb\u00e6r\/\u00e6g.<\/p>\n<p>Kom massen i en lidt &#8220;st\u00f8rre&#8221; halvkugle silikone form. 12 huller igen. Pisk sukker et i til det ikke knaser l\u00e6ngere. Tils\u00e6t hindb\u00e6r og pisk igen.<\/p>\n<p>Kom massen i en spr\u00f8jtepose. Tag isen ud af fryseren. Spr\u00f8jt nu marengsen rundt om isen.
