Pladsen i fryseren er ret tr\u00e6ng, og stegen skulle derfor spises. Typisk ender det med traditionel fl\u00e6skesteg herhjemme, men ikke i dag. I dag blev fl\u00e6skestegen behandlet med stor k\u00e6rlighed, den blev nemlig badet i \u00f8l og langtids stegt. Det var bestemt ikke noget k\u00f8det havde noget imod, for det blev bare s\u00e5 l\u00e6kkert. Det passer med 4-5 riller sv\u00e6r i hvert stykke. Kom k\u00f8det i en stor bradepande. Drys sv\u00e6ren med salt og stik et Lauerb\u00e6rblad i sv\u00e6ren. L\u00e6g nu en kvist frisk timian p\u00e5 hvert stykke k\u00f8d.<\/p>\n<p>Del de to l\u00f8g i b\u00e5de og kom dem ned ved k\u00f8det. H\u00e6ld de to m\u00f8rke \u00f8l ved k\u00f8det. Efter 1,5 time h\u00e6ldes bouillonen ved (vandet koges og terningerne r\u00f8res ud heri).<\/p>\n<p>Efter de 3 timer skrues op for varmen til 225. V\u00e6den ved k\u00f8det h\u00e6ldes i en sk\u00e5l. Nu skal k\u00f8det have omkring 40 minutter mere. Hvis sv\u00e6ren ikke er spr\u00f8d, s\u00e5 giv lige et par minutter grill.<\/p>\n<p>Sovsen er enkel at lave. Lav den opbagning af sm\u00f8r og mel. Tils\u00e6t v\u00e6den fra k\u00f8det samt lidt fl\u00f8de. Kog det op og smag til med salt.
