Nok engang lod jeg mig inspirere fra nettet i dag. Jeg havde set en video p\u00e5 instagram og t\u00e6nkte, n\u00f8j det ser l\u00e6kkert ud. Der blev derfor eksperimenteret med denne version af en lasagne.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg lavede ekstra sovs, s\u00e5 der var til en lasagne til fryseren ogs\u00e5, p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de sparer man tid i k\u00f8kkenet.<\/p>\n<p>Til en ring og en ekstra lasagne skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<p>Til k\u00f8dsovsen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 store l\u00f8g i fine tern<\/li>\n<li>4 fed presset hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>1 kg hakket oksek\u00f8d<\/li>\n<li>5 spsk fedtstof<\/li>\n<li>2,5 dl r\u00f8dvin<\/li>\n<li>2 d\u00e5ser tomatkoncentrat (Ca 6 spsk)<\/li>\n<li>2 d\u00e5ser hakkede tomater<\/li>\n<li>2 dl fl\u00f8de<\/li>\n<li>5 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>3 tsk peber<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk timian<\/li>\n<li>3 spsk hvidl\u00f8gspulver<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk oregano<\/li>\n<li>5 tsk sukker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Til den hvide sovs skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75 g margarine<\/li>\n<li>3 spsk mel med top<\/li>\n<li>6 dl m\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsk peber<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk muskatn\u00f8d<\/li>\n<li>100 g parmesanost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Til br\u00f8ddet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pakke sandwichbr\u00f8d<\/li>\n<li>100 g smeltet sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>4 fed presset hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk hakket persille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Endvidere brugte jeg 2 pakker ferske pasta plader. Der var b\u00e5de til ringen og den ekstra lasagne. Jeg brugte ogs\u00e5 en pakke gaudaost i skiver.<\/p>\n<p>Du skal starte med sovsen, da den tager lidt tid at lave. Kom l\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g og k\u00f8d i en gryde sammen med fedtstof. Brun k\u00f8det godt af. Tils\u00e6t nu tomatkoncentrat, r\u00f8dvin, de hakkede tomater og krydderierne. Varm det godt igennem inden du tils\u00e6tter fl\u00f8den. Lad det st\u00e5 at koge ind ved svag varme gerne et par timer, s\u00e5 bliver k\u00f8dsovsen bedst.<\/p>\n<p>Lav den hvide sovs. Kom margarinen i en gryde og varm den op. R\u00f8r melet i til en bolle. Tils\u00e6t m\u00e6lk under omr\u00f8ring lidt af gangen. Sovsen skal v\u00e6re lidt tyk og glat. Tils\u00e6t krydderier og parmesanost. Varm sovsen godt igennem.<\/p>\n<p>Nu skal du lave br\u00f8ddet. Tag og sk\u00e6r skorperne af dit br\u00f8d. Smelt sm\u00f8rret og tils\u00e6t hvidl\u00f8g og persille. N\u00e5r lasagnen er f\u00e6rdig vendes den ud p\u00e5 et sk\u00e6rebr\u00e6t.
