Jeg m\u00e5 sige jeg er fan. Retten passer perfekt her i sommervarmen. Jeg serverede blomk\u00e5lsris til, bare for at f\u00e5 ekstra gr\u00f8nt. Jeg havde desuden bagt nogle flutes til. En god klat cremefraiche h\u00f8rer ogs\u00e5 til denne ret.<\/p>\n<p>Til 8 personer (2 dage) skal du bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1500 g kyllingel\u00e5r<\/li>\n<li>Olie, salt, peber og hvidl\u00f8gspulver til at krydre kyllingen.<\/li>\n<li>2 l\u00f8g i fine tern<\/li>\n<li>3 peberfrugter i tern<\/li>\n<li>4 fed hvidl\u00f8g i tynde skiver<\/li>\n<li>4 spsk olie<\/li>\n<li>1 d\u00e5se \u00f8l<\/li>\n<li>2 d\u00e5ser hakket tomat<\/li>\n<li>1 d\u00e5se tomatkoncentrat (140 g)<\/li>\n<li>2 dl vand (til at skylle d\u00e5serne med)<\/li>\n<li>1 d\u00e5se kidneyb\u00f8nner (godt skyllet)<\/li>\n<li>1 lille d\u00e5se majs<\/li>\n<li>2-4 tsk spidskommen<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk oregano<\/li>\n<li>Et drys chiliflager<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk hvidl\u00f8gspulver<\/li>\n<li>3 tsk sukrin gold eller sukker<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>Peber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Start med at krydre kyllingerne og kom dem i et ovnfast fad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2695\" src=\"http:\/\/madmedwinnie.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/IMG_20190725_154349-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"dav\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/madmedwinnie.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/IMG_20190725_154349-225x300.jpg 225w, http:\/\/madmedwinnie.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/IMG_20190725_154349-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kom dem i en forvarmet ovn ved 200 grader i 30 minutter. Imens laves sovsen.<\/p>\n<p>Start med at svitse l\u00f8g, peberfrugt og hvidl\u00f8g i olien. N\u00e5r l\u00f8gene er bl\u00f8de tils\u00e6ttes \u00f8l, de hakkede tomater, kom en dl vand i hver d\u00e5se (til at skulle dem med), h\u00e6ld vandet i gryden ogs\u00e5. Tils\u00e6t tomatkoncentrat. R\u00f8r godt rundt. Tils\u00e6t krydderierne. Smag til med salt og peber. Tils\u00e6t b\u00f8nner og majs.
