I dag serverede jeg lidt alternativ fyld for familien og de elskede det.<\/p>\n<p>Denne udgave med karry kylling er virkelig l\u00e6kker og saftig.<\/p>\n<p>Du skal bruge til k\u00f8dfyldet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 kyllingefilet<\/li>\n<li>3 spsk karry<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk peber<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>Fedtstof til stegning<\/li>\n<li>400 g champignon\u00a0 I halve<\/li>\n<li>3 spsk mango chutney<\/li>\n<li>1 stor d\u00e5se kokosm\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk \u00e6blejuice<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 broccoli groft hakket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sk\u00e6r kyllingen i tern. Kom det i en sk\u00e5l og tils\u00e6t krydderierne. Vend krydderierne godt ind i kyllingen. Kom fedtstof i en stor pande eller en wok. Tils\u00e6t kyllingen. N\u00e5r kyllingen er stegt tils\u00e6t champignon. N\u00e5r det er brunet tils\u00e6ttes mango chutney, \u00e6ble juice og Kokosm\u00e6lk. Lad det koge uden l\u00e5g s\u00e5 v\u00e6sken langsomt reduceres. Lad det sm\u00e5koge i 15 minutter. Tils\u00e6t det hakkede broccoli.
