Sk\u00e5ret i tern, s\u00e5 er der mad til to dage i s\u00e5dan en portion.<\/p>\n<p>Du skal bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 store svinehjerter renset og sk\u00e5ret i store tern.<\/li>\n<li>Fedtstof til stegning<\/li>\n<li>3-4 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tsk peber<\/li>\n<li>75 g persille<\/li>\n<li>1,3 l vand<\/li>\n<li>3 dl fl\u00f8de<\/li>\n<li>Sovsekul\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>Brun sovsej\u00e6vner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kom fedtstof i en stor gryde, jeg steger altid i en st\u00f8bejernswok. Tils\u00e6t hjerterne i tern og salt og peber. Brun k\u00f8det af og tils\u00e6t persillen. Lad det brune med i nogle minutter. Tils\u00e6t vandet og lad retten simre i et par timer. Tils\u00e6t herefter fl\u00f8den, kog retten op og tils\u00e6t kul\u00f8r og j\u00e6vner. Tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 du synes retten f\u00e5r den rette farve og tykkelse.
