Det betyder at suppe torsdag ikke kun er praktisk men faktisk ogs\u00e5 rart.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg har lavet en l\u00e6kker gulerodssuppe, hvor v\u00e6sken er blendet, og s\u00e5 er der tilsat ekstra fyld.<\/p>\n<p>Du skal bruge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 l\u00f8g i skiver<\/li>\n<li>6 store guler\u00f8dder i skiver<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk fedtstof<\/li>\n<li>2 l vand<\/li>\n<li>3-4 bouillon terninger (gr\u00f8ntsag)<\/li>\n<li>400 ml kokosm\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>Salt og peber<\/li>\n<li>Saft af 4 appelsiner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Til fyld i suppen skal der bruges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 stk kogt kyllingebrystfilet i tern<\/li>\n<li>4 store guler\u00f8dder i tern<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kom gulerodsskiver og l\u00f8g i en suppegryde sammen med fedtsstof. Svits gr\u00f8ntsagerne, de m\u00e5 ikke tage farve. Tils\u00e6t herefter vand, kokosm\u00e6lk og bouillonterninger. L\u00e6g l\u00e5g p\u00e5 gryden og lad det sm\u00e5koge i 20 minutter. Tag det af varmen og blend det med stavblenderen. S\u00e6t det p\u00e5 varmen igen og tils\u00e6t kyllingetern og gulerodstern. Lad det simre i 10 minutters tid. Tils\u00e6t herefter appelsinsaften og kog suppen igennem.
